Q. How do I create a rewards account so I can begin monitoring the loyalty points and rewards I've earned for my purchases and start earning additional points for referring friends, sharing on social media, completing my profile, and celebrating my birthday.

A. It's easy as 1-2-3:

  1. Tap the Rewards menu on sagebtq.com to display the rewards pop-up.
  2. Tap Create Account and then Login to your new account
  3. Tap the Rewards menu if the Rewards pop-up hides after steps 2 or 3.

Q. How do I refer a friend?

A. It's really simple:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Tap Earn.
  3. Tap Refer a friend.
  4. To reach the most people, tap the Facebook or Twitter icons.
  5. Tap the email icon to email the referral link to specific people.
  6. To share on Instagram, tap Copy, go to your Instagram account, and then paste the copied link.

You earn 100 points when the person you refer makes their first purchase of $75 or more at Sage. And the first-time shopper gets 10% off their first purchase.

Q. How do my points-earned translate into dollars-off at the register?

A. The dollars-off depends on your tier:

Q. I had $15 in pre-existing loyalty, now I have 300 points. How were my points calculated?

A. The new rewards program is point-based, 1 point for each dollar spent. All pre-existing loyalty dollars were converted to points using the Gold Tier factor of 20-to-1 (5%), even if your average annual spend since you first stared shopping at Sage places you in the Silver or Bronze tier. 

Q. How do I use my rewards?

​A. When you have enough points to unlock a reward, you'll be able to redeem it for a unique reward coupon. You can use your reward coupon during checkout. Online, just copy and paste your unique code into the Discount bar and click 'Apply'. In-store, our staff will let you know during checkout if you have any available rewards and ask you if you want to redeem one.

Note: You can only redeem one reward per order.  

Q. I am a new customer, what tier am I?

A. New customers start out at the Bronze tier. 

Q. I am already a customer, what tier am I?

A. To honor our loyal customers who supported us faithfully in those initial post-pandemic years, we assigned you Gold Tier status if you spent an average of $1000 a year for the past three years, even if you didn't spend $1000 last year. Similarly, Silver tier was assigned if you spent an average of $500 per year for the past three years, even if you didn't spend $500 last year. In 2024, you will need to meet the annual spend requirements for your tier to maintain that tier status in 2025.

Q. How do I move to the next tier?

A. You move from Bronze to Silver automatically in 2024 when your year-to-date purchases reach $500. You move from Silver to Gold automatically in 2024 when your year-to-date purchases reach $1000. You remain in the new tier for all of 2024 and all of 2025. If you don't meet the minimum spending requirements for your tier in 2025, your tier is adjusted to match your spend in 2026.

Q. When I make a purchase online or in-store, is my loyalty point balance updated immediately.

A. Yes! And each time you spend, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. You can also check your balance anytime by tapping the Rewards menu on our website.

Q. I created a new rewards account and logged in, why don't I see the loyalty points I earned under the old program?

A. You created the new account using a different email address than the one you gave us in-store when you first started shopping. Your points are tied to that original email address. Create another account using the correct email address. If you don't recall, contact us and we'll look up that original email address for you.

Q. What are the terms and conditions of the rewards program?

A. Terms and Conditions

  • Loyalty points are awarded only for full priced clothing and accessories, excluding jewelry. No points are awarded for the purchase of discounted or sale items. No points are awarded for sales tax collected or shipping charges. 
  • Loyalty points are not awarded for purchases of handmade or locally made items such as jewelry and Farm&Sea.
  • Coupons can only be redeemed once.
  • If you redeem your coupon online for a purchase less than the full value of the coupon, the balance of the coupon is not redeemable on another purchase.
  • If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
  • Sage Boutique reserves the right to modify or cancel erroneously issued or  earned coupons at any time.
